Fairway was recently recognized by the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce for its commitment to doing business locally. "Think Local" is a Lancaster Chamber led, community wide initiative to improve local economies by encouraging consumers and business decision makers to support local businesses when making purchases. The primary goal of "Think Local" is to stimulate and accelerate the local economy by encouraging business decision makers and consumers to keep their dollars local, where the impact can be significant as dollars recirculate locally.

Structural Post Mount Spacer Block for Fibrex 5.25" Post Sleeve (2/pk)
Fairway Building Products would like to announce the addition of Item Number 903187 - Structural Post Mount 5.25” Spacer Block, as an optional addition for installation.
The Structural Post Mount Spacer Block shims Fairway’s 401021 - 4" x 4" x 36"/42" Standard Structural Post
to fit inside of the Fx2 5-1/4" x 5-1/4" Composite Post Sleeve internal ribs. This option provides additional points of contact for those that may feel necessary for shimming the gap between the post sleeve internal ribs.

Fairway Announces Addition of Walnut Color to Fx2 Composite Railing
The addition of Walnut color, our dark earth-tone option, to the Fx2 offering is in support of the National market demand of approximately 14+% of the total composite market business available for composite railing.

Fairway Announces Addition of Aluminum Balusters to
Fairway Vinyl Railing and LandMarke Vinyl Railing
Fairway is pleased to announce the introduction of the NEW Vinyl Rail with an Aluminum Baluster option available for
immediate production and shipment. These new kits are available in both our Fairway Vinyl Rail and our
LandMarke Vinyl Rail designs in all current rail and color options. This offering expansion is in response to a history
of special order request and feedback from our customers and sales personnel. Fairway will be adding appropriate
pages to our List Price Catalogue that is slated for a Spring 2012 press run and release.
Carriage Light Solar Cap Available for 4" x 4" and 5-1/4" x 5-1/4" Posts
Fairway is pleased to announce the introduction of the new Solar Light Caps that supports the Fx2 Composite Rail Program.
We
are offering these caps in both White and Black color as well as in both Post size options, 4” x 4” and 5-1/4” x 5-1/4”.
All 4 options are in stock and available for shipment.
Driven by contractor and dealer requests; Fairway is pleased to announce the addition of new “Pre-Fabricated”
LandMarke Vinyl Railing Bracket Adapters. Fairway will be offering these fabricated adapters in both White and Khaki colors to service applications for 22.5° Adapters, 45° Adapters and Round Column Adapters. Fairway will continue to offer the Adapter packs in the current fashion for those applications requiring a special angle, shape or lower price point for field modification.
